Clarifying the relationship between trait mindfulness and objective performance

Abstract The present study focused on the relationship between trait mindfulness and outcome component of performance, evaluated with objective indicators. In particular, four performance indicators were studied: accuracy, reaction time, variability in times, detection unexpected stimuli.
